Abstract

Organizational learning (OA) has become a highly important research field within professional academic contexts, since determining a learning model that enhances the capabilities of human talent has become a challenge for all organizations. This research was developed through an indepth review of four books and 33 academic articles, from which 10 impact articles were taken as a basis and three theories were identified, from which 18 distributor approaches emerged within three domains: (a) people, (b) processes, (c) technologies. The contributions exposed through this research aim to bring the academic community closer to a greater depth of knowledge within the AO, especially to expose that the combination of approaches linked to the triple cycle of learning, socialization, combination, learning experience-based, other-based learning, knowledge transfer; can be combined within organizations to improve the learning processes of human talent and improve productivity.
