Abstract

The contribution of technological advances in the ways of learning creates new challenges in the learning assessment process. The present investigation proposed evaluation tools in virtual environments for the feedback of computer teaching in the second, third, and fourth years of Elementary Basic Education at the School of Basic Education "Mundo Feliz" and to conduct a performance comparison analysis. Two phases were executed: 1) Evaluation tools in virtual environments used by teachers for feedback on computer teaching in the second, third, and fourth years of Elementary Basic Education at the "Mundo Feliz" School of Basic Education and 2) Effectiveness of evaluation tools in virtual environments used by teachers for feedback on computer teaching in the second, third and fourth years of Basic Elementary Education. Its methodological approach was mixed, taking as a population 95 students and 24 teachers to whom survey, observation, and Student's T test techniques were applied. Obtaining as a result that there is a statistically significant difference in academic performance with the use of evaluation tools used in virtual environments for feedback on the computer teaching subject in Elementary Basic Education, for which digital evaluative tools are proposed so that teachers can know the characteristics and functionalities of each one of them.
